1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gme77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gme77 staff or other players

• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from gme77
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content
• Use any gme77 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform

Any unauthorized use of gme77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gme77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gme77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, game error, or Platform unavailability

13 Amendments to These Terms

gme77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gme77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
